麵糊:
麵粉.............1杯
糯米粉.........1/2湯匙
鹽.................1/2茶匙
油.................1湯匙
泡打粉.........1茶匙
水.................1杯
鮮雞晶.........少許
做法:
絲瓜刮去外皮熅爾牄牓,踆踅踉輔切成塊
碗中將麵糊先調勻備用
臨下鍋炸之前,再撒少許鹽幗幙幣幕,蒱蒲蒪蓐沾上少許乾麵粉,再沾?媊挼k,投入熱油中炸至酥脆且成金黃色便可撈出,瀝淨油裝盤,附花椒鹽一起上桌
