In my previous work with legal policy groups, we often faced challenges due to unclear divisions of responsibility, which slowed down decision-making. The move to separate the Prosecutors Department and the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Department seems like a positive step to improve efficiency and handle international cooperation better. It’s interesting to see how Taiwan is adapting its legal system to better meet modern demands.
