第67屆金球獎（Golden Globe）頒獎典禮即將於星期天（1月17日）晚間舉行，主辦單位正在緊鑼密鼓地進行各項準備工作。由於海地遭受強烈地震災害，主辦單位宣佈典禮照常舉行，但這次頒獎典禮將調整節目流程並加入新的內容，向海地災民表達關懷與哀悼。
被視為奧斯卡獎前哨戰的金球獎頒獎典禮，星期天即將在洛杉磯貝佛利山莊（Beverly Hills）的希爾頓（Hilton）酒店舉行。
由於海地強震讓美國民間也感同身受，因此主辦單位決定頒獎典禮照常舉辦，但加入新的節目內容，表達美國民眾對災民的慰問與哀悼。
金球獎主辦單位好萊塢外國記者協會(Hollywood Foreign Press Association，HFPA)主席菲利普‧柏克（Philip Berk）表示：
“我們的確感受到海地災民的沉痛處境，因此好萊塢外國記者協會立即主動捐出10萬美元協助救災。我們委託海地出生的演藝人員懷克里夫‧基恩（Wyclef Jean），請他帶著支票轉交海地當局。”
在這次金球獎入圍影片中，最受矚目的莫過於《泰坦尼克號》（The Titanic）導演詹姆斯‧卡梅隆（James Cameron）3D電影新作《阿凡達》（Avatar），昆汀‧塔倫蒂諾執導的《無恥混蛋》（Inglorious Bastards），以及獲得六項大獎提名、由喬治‧克魯尼主演的《直上雲霄》（Up In The Air）。
儘管金球獎一直被質疑投票過程不夠透明，僅有83位記者投票決定結果，但是與會的大明星們卻似乎顯得相當從容自在。比起參加奧斯卡金像獎典禮時，得正襟危坐在座位上等候名單公布，金球獎典禮讓每位來賓在宴會上輕鬆用餐，更讓他們覺得輕鬆沒有壓力。

Sam Worthington, Steven Spielberg and Nicole Kidman will be presenters for
Golden Globe 2010, they will also join previously announced presenters
Halle Berry, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Matthew Fox
and Mickey Rourke.....
Leonardo Dicaprio and Robert De Niro will present the Hollywood Foreign
Press Association's Cecil B. Demille Award to Martin Scorsese for his "outstanding
Contribution to the entertainment field".
