Bram Stokerwas born in Dublin, Ireland, in 1847, and gained fame forhis novel "Dracula" about an aristocratic vampire in Transylvania. Died 1912.
Stoker developed his most famous character, Count Dracula, from a realperson. The person was prince Vlad The Impaler of Romania, who liked toimpale his enemies and drink their blood.

In 1992, the most famous and original Dracula moviebased on Bram's novel was produced by Francis Ford Coppola.
