網路傳送帶是一個高效穩定功能強大的下載工具，下載速度一流，CPU佔用率低，尤其在寬頻上特別明顯；內建易於使用的文件管理器，輕鬆實現按類別存放下載的檔。而且只要網站支援，這些協定均支援多線程中斷點續傳。MMS 協定串流每秒的位元組數差不多是固定的，這就決定了 MMS 串流本身不能充分利用使用者的帶寬資源，所以多線程技術能有效地縮短 MMS 串流下載的時間。RTSP 同樣支援多線程，另外選中“串流/最大速度”能明顯提速，效果立竿見影。影音傳送帶支援 HTTPS(加密套接字協定層)，並且支援經過 HTTP、SOCKS4&5 等代理下載；FTP 同樣支援 SSL，可以有效地保護傳輸的資料安全。可以說，影音傳送帶支援的協定之多，功能之全是世上少見，可謂極品。

網路傳送帶 (Net Transport) 是中國第一個實現 MMS、RTSP(PNM)、HTTP、HTTPS 和 FTP 的全能下載利器。串流下載是它的主要特點，同時下載普通檔速度也堪稱一流，鮮有對手。目前支援的協定有：
‧ HTTP / HTTPS
‧ FTP / SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) / SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
‧ MMS (Microsoft Media Service)
‧ RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol)
‧ PNM (rename PNM to RTSP)

主要功能列表：
1.每個任務最多10(128 通過修改登錄檔，查閱說明檔)個線程，單個線程帶寬大於 1M 位元組(缺省的選項設置)。最多10(32 通過修改登錄檔，查閱說明檔)個任務同時下載。
2.內建簡易的但功能強大的檔管理器，幫助使用者更好地分類和輕鬆地組織下載檔。真正的類別與磁片目錄同步。
3.簡單的多使用者管理，不同的使用者不同的任務資料。
4.內建的網站探索器輕而易舉瀏覽 FTP 站點的目錄結構，可以有選擇的大批下載檔。
5.可檢查檔是否更新或重新下載。
6.充分支援代理伺服器，目前支援 HTTP 和 SOCKS4&5 類型。在多代理類型的任務中，使用者可以自由地為每個線程設置一個代理，徹底打破某些網站只允許一個 IP 一個連接的限制。
7.能穿透需要 NTLM 認證的防火牆如 Microsoft ISA 2000，特別適合公司局域網。
8.速度限制允許使用者邊下載邊瀏覽。
9.監視瀏覽器點擊(現只支援 IE)。使用者可以使用數種方式加入任務，諸如通過IE擴展功能表、將URL拖入下載視窗等等。
10.自動關機和自動掛斷 MODEM。
11.上移下移任務讓重要任務提前下載。
12.定制工具欄、下載資訊及日誌視窗顏色。
13.多語言支援，並可隨時切換。只要將語言檔翻譯成母語就可以實現本機化，方法請參閱說明檔。
14.中國第一個支援 RTSP 協議的下載工具，而且能下載 Helix Server 上的檔，StreamBox VCR 做不到。
15.MMS 支援NTLM認證；RTSP 支援 NTLM 和 RN5 認證。
16.支援 MMS 和 RTSP 多線程，有效地縮短下載時間。
17.能自動地分析串流腳本如.asx、.smi，並獲取真實的 URL。
18.支援 HTTPS，並且支援HTTP、SOCKS4&5等代理方式。下載工具中也只有影音傳送帶能讓 HTTPS 透過 SOCKS5 代理下載。
19.FTP 支援 SSL 技術加密傳輸的資料，支援一次性密鑰保護你的登錄資訊，因為一般情況下密碼是明碼，容易被竊取，比如 IP 包監視工具。
20.完美的 FTP 重用機制，只要單一連接就能下載來自同一個站點的文件。
21.強大靈活的計畫管理器。
22.FTP 更支援 SSH 協定，強大的資料加密能力。

Changes in Net Transport 2.96b (Feb 20, 2011):
1. Added support for Wowza Media Server.
2. Added support for Helix Mobile Server version 14.
3. Enhanced the combination of partial data files for MP4, which made it possible not to lose a large section of audio and video content.
4. Fixed a bug that audio and video of MP4 might be out of sync after downloading.
5. Fixed a bug that the downloaded MP4 file might have no sound.
6. Fixed a bug for RTMP that sending incorrect protocol control message led the task be in waiting state.
7. Modified that RTMP task would continue even if error happened.
8. Modified code to get more stream info from session description protocol to help the combination of partial data files for MP4.
9. Added an option "use getStreamLength function" to get the length of stream for RTMP.
  10. Added an option to regard HTTP as LIVE show.
  11. Added an option to generate new tasks automatically on parsing Playlist/Script file.
  12. Restored the option "The number of max concurrent tasks".
  13. Enhanced "URL-Sniffer" to capture more information about RTMP link to ensure the task can go on.
  14. Enhanced "URL-Sniffer" to capture HTTP link with its Cookie.
  15. Enhanced "URL-Sniffer" to capture RTSP link with its Cookie.
  16. Modified to handle "Content-Disposition" field case insensitive.
  17. Fixed that program could not backup task database file on Win7.
  18. Fixed that in some cases program could not well download one by one FTP task.
  19. Improved performance, you could not do anything if there were too many tasks in the "Queue" pane.
