Circle Dock 能讓使用者把捷徑以圓圈方式展現，只要用拖曳方式就能建立圓形的工具列，這個圓圈還能隨著滑鼠滾輪或鍵盤方向鍵來做轉動，螺旋方式或同心圓方式的排列方式都可以，使用者可以將同類的捷徑放在同一圈裡，看起來相當新奇有趣，使用者不妨一試。

Circle Dock 不僅帶給使用者方便的「Dock」, 還帶給使用者新的視覺享受:「圓的 Dock」! 不只如此, 它還提供了多樣化的自訂選項, 讓使用者能利用這些選項把「Circle Dock」變得更有個人風格:

Circle Dock 提供一個新的系統快捷列概念，大幅修改 Windows 系統工具列，把所有捷徑用圓圈形狀來排列，最常使用的軟體或檔案則放在最中間，讓使用者隨時都看的到、找的到，排列方式可以是以螺旋方式或同心圓方式都可，甚至可以加上旋轉的動畫效果，不過小心看久了會頭暈。

系統的新增、刪除或者拖曳、複製貼上等功能都照舊不變，最特別的是，當滑鼠滾輪旋轉時或按鍵盤方向鍵時，桌面上的快捷圈就會轉動，可以順時針或逆時針轉，點選使用後就會停止，軟體中也支援繁體、簡體、英文等 15 種以上語言。

使用者也可以將所有桌面圖示拉近這個轉輪裡，擺脫繁雜的桌面圖式，也許將最常用的工具軟體放在第一圈，文件類放在第二圈，娛樂類影音檔放在第三圈...依此類推，不但美觀且一目瞭然
