鯽魚豆腐湯

步驟1:鯽魚去鱗、腸雜,洗幹凈後抹上酒,鹽漬10分鐘。<br />

步驟3:將鍋燒熱後多放些油,魚晾去水分,先將魚放在鍋鏟上,再將鍋鏟放入油鍋中,先使魚在鏟上預熱,然後放入油中慢煎。<br />
