炸雞柳

<font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif "><font style="font-size: 14px"><font color="#0000ff"><font size="4">原料:雞柳,雞塊和番茄沙司<br />

步驟1:雞柳和雞塊都是在超市買的,先將雞胸肉切成絲,然後放入腌水中浸泡半小時,腌水調制比例為每一斤雞肉配20克腌粉,再和50克水攪勻,然後再把炸雞粉調槳(比例為一斤炸雞粉兌一斤水)再把肉絲放入槳中裹上一層槳,瀝幹,再放入面包糠中抖上一層面包糠,分開,抖開多余的面包糠。<br />

步驟2:炒鍋註油燒至八成熟,下入雞柳條炸至金黃色,時間不易過長,一兩分種就可以撈出。<br />
