櫻花銀魚加鈣餐

</font></font></font><font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2"><font color="black">櫻花蝦50g、銀魚200g、蛋2粒、芥蘭菜梗80g、莧菜80g、蔥1根、大蒜2粒、<br />
白飯1碗、油2大匙、糖適量、胡椒粉適量、酒適量<br />

</font></font><font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2">1‧蔥切細末、芥蘭菜梗切細丁、莧菜切段、蒜切片備用。</font></font></font><br />
<font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2"><font color="black">2‧起鍋加入蔥末炒香,再放入櫻花蝦快速拌炒後取出備用。</font></font></font><br />
<font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2"><font color="black">3‧鍋中放入蒜片、銀魚拌炒,淋入酒、糖,倒回櫻花蝦、蔥花拌炒後盛出備用。</font></font></font><br />
<font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2"><font color="black">4‧容器中打入蛋,倒入芥蘭菜梗、炒過的櫻花蝦、銀魚拌勻。</font></font></font><br />
<font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2"><font color="black">5‧起鍋倒入蛋汁炒至九分熟後即可盛盤。</font></font></font><br />
<font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2"><font color="black">6‧起鍋煮滾水,倒入白飯、莧菜、炒過的櫻花蝦、銀魚拌勻煮滾即可盛入碗中。</font></font></font><br />
<font face="Times New Roman "><font size="2"><font color="black">7‧食用時加入胡椒粉即可。</font></font></font>
