<DIV class=t_msgfont id=postmessage_5402116><IMG alt="" src="http://hk.apple.nextmedia.com/images/apple-photos/apple_sub/20090525/small/25ft13p.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0><BR><BR>蛋糕一向予人好甜好膩的感覺,但加了橙皮,令到味道變得清新。<BR><BR>材料橙汁 2至 3茶匙、橙皮 1/2茶匙、自發粉 85克、吉士粉 9克、雞蛋 3隻、糖 90克、橄欖油 27克、糖霜 1/2杯<BR><BR><IMG alt="" src="http://hk.apple.nextmedia.com/images/apple-photos/apple_sub/20090525/small/25ft14p.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0><BR><BR>1.將自發粉、吉士粉及橙皮拌勻。<BR><BR>2.雞蛋加糖拂打 3分鐘至稠身,然後分三次加入( 1),攪勻成麪糊。將一殼麪糊加入橄欖油中攪勻,然後再倒入麪糊中攪勻,這樣就不會因過份攪拌令氣泡消失,蛋糕更鬆軟。<BR><BR>3.將( 2)倒入已掃油及鋪上焗爐紙的焗盤內,放入已預熱至 180℃焗爐焗 20至 25分鐘,取出攤涼,脫模後撕走焗爐紙。<BR><BR>4.將糖霜與橙汁拌勻,淋在蛋糕上,加橙皮做裝飾即成。<BR><BR><IMG alt="" src="http://hk.apple.nextmedia.com/images/apple-photos/apple_sub/20090525/small/25ft16p.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0><BR><BR><IMG alt="" src="http://hk.apple.nextmedia.com/images/apple-photos/apple_sub/20090525/small/25ft17p.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0><BR><BR><BR>貼士如家中沒有焗爐,可將蛋糕放入鑊用中大火蒸 12至 15分鐘,蛋糕亦一樣鬆軟。</DIV>
