太白粉做的麻糬

一般麻糬都使用糯米做,時間耗費很多<br />
<br />
經電視介紹我們使用太白粉來做麻糬,而且時間只要2分鐘,超快的<br />
材料:牛奶300CC、太白粉約150g,花生粉些許(買10元即可),糖粉些許(買10元即可)。<br />

一、花生粉加糖粉混合,最後使用<br />

二、將牛奶到入鍋中,加入太白粉,使用微火加熱(用小火都算太大),然後攪拌<br />

口感嚼勁都很不錯歐~<br />
<br />
因為我使用小火,一下子就有點燒焦了,所以剛入口口感都很不錯,<br />
但是最後會出現焦味,很可惜
