 &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; (1)醬油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 一杯<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;蒜頭&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 一大個(拍碎)<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;紅辣椒&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;一條<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 作&nbsp;&nbsp;法:1、文蛤浸鹽水吐沙洗淨,將殼尖頂端突出之韌<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;       削去,用滾水(醃過殼面)燙約一分鐘盛起。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2、將文蛤浸入(1)料加入冷開水醃過殼面,放<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;入冰箱,醃一天後即可食用。<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;營養成分:熱量一二六卡、蛋白質二二克<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 脂肪二克、糖類五克。
