<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
1.準備材料:紅小豆,白糖(大量),鹽(少許),煉乳(沒有就不放),切片土司麵包(我用的是黑米的,其實什麼的都可以),低筋粉,炸粉或麵包糠,雞蛋. <br />

2.煮蜜紅豆. <br />
<br />
這是比較麻煩以及關鍵的一步.可分為以下幾個小步驟: <br />
<br />
a.紅豆放入鍋中,加水,以中火煮沸. <br />
<br />

b.瀝干水分,再重複一次. <br />
<br />
這樣做的目的是免去浸泡紅豆的環節,且煮好的紅豆完整而入味. <br />

c.2次瀝干水後的紅豆倒入鍋裡,放紅豆量3-4倍的水,以中火煮沸後轉小火,煮至可被手指輕易捏碎的程度. <br />

d.倒入糖,鹽及煉乳,小心的攪拌使其溶解均勻,再煮1-2分鐘. <br />

e.繼續煮至完全收干變"紅豆蜜".此時要小心燒焦,要偶爾攪動幾下.煮至用湯匙劃鍋底,可清楚分開的程度 <br />

這樣,紅豆蜜就煮好了.吃不掉的蜜豆可用保鮮袋密封冷凍保存,或乾脆自製紅豆冰棒~口水ing... <br />

3.將切片土司去邊,用擀面棍壓扁. <br />

切成4等份 <br />

4.蜜紅豆取適量(要能包起來才行...),放在土司上. <br />

將土司捲起,並捏緊成糰子 <br />

5.將土司蜜豆糰子依次均勻沾上低筋麵粉 <br />

雞蛋液... <br />

酥炸粉或麵包糠.下鍋6層熟的油炸,結束. <br />
