正確的飲食方法有助減肥
減肥的根本方法是控制飲食和增加體力活動,下面的飲食小竅門對減肥很有幫助。<br />
餐前的準備:<br />
1 餐前喝湯。喝湯不僅能夠潤腸胃,還可以使胃不感到飢餓,也可以使吃下的主食膨脹,預防吃過量。<br />
2 餐前吃水果。水果體積大,有飽腹感,可以減少正餐的食量。<br />
3 餐前含一小塊水果糖。血糖濃度升高後,腹中不感到特別飢餓,吃飯的速度和數量會降低,不易吃過量。<br />
4 不在特別飢餓時進食,因為這時很可能吃的過量。<br />

進餐中的注意事項:<br />
1 進餐速度放慢,每一口飯都細嚼慢嚥。多數肥胖者進餐速度太快,大腦還來不及感受飽的訊息便已經吃過量。若放慢進餐速度,便會比較準確地趕到飽的訊息。<br />
2 進餐時不可以看書看報,要專心致至地感受胃腸的感覺,體驗對食物的興趣從強到弱的過程。<br />
3 進餐食不要喝甜飲料或酒類,只能喝白開水、茶和含油脂較少的湯。<br />
4 先吃蔬菜、海藻、磨菇、豆腐等熱能比較低的菜,再開始吃主食和動物性食品,這樣可以保證熱能不過量。<br />
5 一邊吃飯一邊吃菜,不要等吃飽了菜再吃飯。<br />
6 一但對食物的興趣減弱,即使飯還沒有吃完,也要停下,不要怕浪費而勉強自己吃完。<br />

餐後的注意事項:<br />
1 餐後尤其是晚餐後絕不可再吃花生、瓜子等零食,香蕉、蘋果等含一定熱量的水果也不能吃。<br />
2 餐後絕不可以在喝甜飲料。<br />
3 晚餐後要立刻刷牙,這樣不僅對牙齒有很好的保護作用,而且還可以防止餐後再吃零食。<br />
4 餐後不可以立刻坐下或躺下,應當做些輕微活動,幫助食物中的熱量及時消化。<br />
<br />
食物的選擇:<br />
1 不要經常食用餃子、包子、酥餅、點心等加入油脂、白糖或肉的食物代替米飯和饅頭做主食,因為他們比饅頭和米飯的熱量高得多,更易使人發胖。<br />
2 用豆腐代替動物性食品。<br />
3 用雞肉或魚肉來代替豬肉。雞肉的脂肪含量低而蛋白質含量高,而瘦豬肉含脂肪也達25%左右,排骨肉可高達30%∼40%。<br />
4 如果用土豆或甘薯做為菜餚或零食,就應當減少主食的數量,因為他們也含有澱粉。<br />
5 經常吃些海帶、磨菇、香菇、木耳等菜餚,他們本身熱量很低,營養價值高,還可以使胃產生飽感,有利減肥。
