成功人士的秘訣:你知道S.M.A.R.T.法則嗎?

realistic targets in mind. They know what they are looking for and why
they are fighting for it. Successful people create and pursue <strong>S.M.A.R.T. goals. </strong></font></p>

</p><p><font face="Arial"> S.M.A.R.T. goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely. Let’s briefly review each: </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"> S.M.A.R.T.法則要求所制定的目標要達到五個標準:明確性、衡量性、可實現性、相關性和時限性。 </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"><br></font></p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>Specific</strong>– A general goal
would be, “Get in shape.” But a related specific goal would be, “Join a
health club and workout 3 days a week for the next 52 weeks.” A specific
goal has a far greater chance of being accomplished because it has
defined parameters and constraints. </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>明確性</strong>——“恢復身材”,這就是一個籠統的目標。一個有明確性的目標應該這樣表述,“每週去三次健身俱樂部健身,持續52周”。一個明確的目標完成的幾率更大,因為它已經確定了具體的參數和限制條件。 </font>

logical system for measuring the progress of a goal. To determine if
your goal is measurable, ask yourself questions like: How much time? How
many total? How will I know when the goal is accomplished? etc. When
you measure your progress, you stay on track, reach your target dates,
and experience the exhilaration of achievement that spurs you on to
continued efforts required to reach your goal. </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>衡量性</strong>——目標一定要有一個可以衡量其進程的邏輯體系。怎
樣才能確定你的目標是不是具有衡量性呢?你可以問自己以下幾個問題:要花多少時間?一共有多少?我怎樣才能知道目標已經完成了?等等。當你在衡量進程的時
候,你就可以控制目標完成的情況,每次完成了進程中的一個小目標就會帶給你成就感,促使你更加努力地去完成既定目標。 </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"><br></font></p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>Attainable</strong>–To be
attainable, a goal must represent an objective toward which you are both
willing and able to work. In other words, the goal must be realistic.
The big question here is: How can the goal be accomplished? </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>可實現性</strong>——所制定的目標一定是要可以實現的,你的目標要客觀,要是你能力範圍內可以達到的。換句話說,目標要現實。你可以問問自己這個問題:怎樣才能完成目標呢? </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"><br></font></p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>Relevant</strong>– Relevance
stresses the importance of choosing goals that matter. For example, an
internet entrepreneur’s goal to “Make 75 tuna sandwiches by 2:00PM.” may
be Specific, Measurable, and Attainable, but lacks Relevance to an
entrepreneurs overarching objective of building a profitable online
business. </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>相關性</strong>——相關性對選擇目標來說至關重要。打個比方,一家網店的目標是“在下午兩點之前賣出75個金槍魚三明治”。這個目標夠具體,也可以衡量,還具有可實現性,但是不具有相關性,因為對於一家網店的創業者來說,他的目標應該是如何通過線上交易來獲利。 </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"><br></font></p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>Timely</strong>– A goal must be
grounded within a time frame, giving the goal a target date. A
commitment to a deadline helps you focus your efforts on the completion
of the goal on or before the due date. This part of the S.M.A.R.T. goal
criteria is intended to prevent goals from being overtaken by daily
distractions. </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"> <strong>時限性</strong>——制定的目標必須要在一個時間範圍內完成,給你的目標一個確定的完成時間,這會有助於你集中精力完成目標。時限性的要求可以幫助你避免因為日常瑣事而耽誤了你完成目標的進度。 </font>
</p><p><font face="Arial"><br></font></p><p><font face="Arial"> When you identify S.M.A.R.T. goals that are
truly important to you, you become motivated to figure out ways to
attain them. Goals that once seemed far away and out of reach eventually
move closer and become attainable, not because your goals shrink, but
because you grow and expand to match them. </font>
