&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;蝦 125克<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;糖 1/2茶匙<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;芫茜 1棵<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;粟粉 1茶匙<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;油&nbsp; &nbsp;炸蝦多士用<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;胡椒粉&nbsp;&nbsp;少許<br />

製法<br />

1.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 麵包先去硬邊,斜角把麵包切成2個或4個三角形。<br />
<br />
2.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 蝦去殼、除腸,用鹽洗淨及抹乾。蝦用菜刀壓成蝦茸,調味及攪勻成蝦膠。<br />
<br />
3.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 將蝦膠塗於每塊麵包上,用芫茜作裝飾。<br />
<br />
4.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 油燒熱,用中火炸蝦多士約三至五分鐘,至呈金黃色,上碟。
