&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;沙拉油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;三湯匙<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(1)糖&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;三湯匙<br />

作&nbsp;&nbsp;法:<br />
魚去鱗、頭洗淨,順著中骨剝下魚片。<br />
將薑片爆香後,加入紅糟繼續炒至暗紅色,放入(1)料略炒後,加入魚片、水,煮至湯汁<br />
呈黏稠狀即可起鍋。
