&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 作&nbsp;&nbsp;法:1、魚去鱗內臟鰓洗淨,將魚煎至兩面呈金黃色<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;盛起。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2、將辣豆瓣醬炒香,加(1)料炒香後再加(2)料<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;及魚一齊用中火煮,至汁剩一半,以(3)料<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;勾成薄糊狀後,置盤上灑蔥珠即成。
