冬瓜蛤犡湯

冬瓜蛤犡湯&nbsp; &nbsp;[4~5人份]<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;材料:冬瓜1斤<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;蛤犡10兩<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;薑絲1大匙<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;調味料:鹽1茶匙<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 料酒1茶匙<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;做法:[1]冬瓜去皮,去籽切塊,蛤犡泡鹽水吐沙.<br>

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;[2]冬瓜加水蓋過冬瓜先煮至軟,趁水滾將蛤犡及薑絲,鹽加入,蛤犡張開即可熄火加入料酒.<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;注意事項:蛤犡一張開即可熄火,因餘溫會將肉悶熟,否則煮太久,肉縮質澀就不好吃了.<br>
