酥炸絲瓜

花椒鹽.........1/2湯匙<br />

麵糊:<br />

麵粉.............1杯<br />

糯米粉.........1/2湯匙<br />

鹽.................1/2茶匙<br />

油.................1湯匙<br />

泡打粉.........1茶匙<br />

鮮雞晶.........少許<br />

做法:<br />

絲瓜刮去外皮熅爾牄牓,踆踅踉輔切成塊<br />

碗中將麵糊先調勻備用<br />

臨下鍋炸之前,再撒少許鹽幗幙幣幕,蒱蒲蒪蓐沾上少許乾麵粉,再沾?媊挼k,投入熱油中炸至酥脆且成金黃色便可撈出,瀝淨油裝盤,附花椒鹽一起上桌
