牛奶烏骨雞湯

材料:<br>

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 烏骨雞一隻<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;奶油一湯匙,牛奶300cc<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 塩少許<br>

作法:<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 把烏骨雞剁塊後燙掉血水,奶油及牛奶放入鍋中煮滾<br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;放入烏骨雞並放入適量的水淹過雞肉,待水滾後小火煮一個小時<br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;加入少量的塩調味即可<br>
