香蕉魚卷

材&nbsp;&nbsp;料 :&nbsp; &nbsp;1&nbsp;&nbsp;隻大香蕉<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2&nbsp;&nbsp;件急凍龍利魚柳<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1&nbsp;&nbsp;隻雞蛋<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1/2 杯麵飽糠<br />

調味料 :&nbsp;&nbsp;1/3 茶匙鹽<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 胡椒粉及酒各少許<br />

做&nbsp;&nbsp;法 :&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) 魚柳沖淨瀝乾水,片薄切成大塊,放入調味料<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;拌勻。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; (2) 香蕉去皮片薄成比魚柳略小的塊狀。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; (3) 用每件魚柳肉包入香蕉蜬蜼蜪蜙,嘛嘝嗺嘆蘸上乾粉再蘸上蛋汁,<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;最後黏上麵飽糠。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; (4) 將魚卷放入六成熱油中炸至熟蜧蜡蜛製,歋歍殠殞撈起瀝乾油份<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;即成,可配合沙律醬同食。
