煎法國鵝肝沙律

材&nbsp; &nbsp; 料 :&nbsp; &nbsp;2&nbsp;&nbsp;片法國冰鮮鵝肝<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 2&nbsp;&nbsp;片意大利麵飽<br />

沙律材料 :&nbsp; &nbsp;1&nbsp;&nbsp;小件哈蜜瓜<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;車厘茄及西生菜各適量<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;九芽菜及紅葉生菜各適量<br />

調 味 料 :&nbsp; &nbsp;1&nbsp;&nbsp;湯匙橄欖油<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1&nbsp;&nbsp;湯匙意大利醋<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;洋荵碎少許<br />

醃&nbsp; &nbsp; 料 :&nbsp;&nbsp;鹽及胡椒粉各少許<br />

做&nbsp; &nbsp; 法 :&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) 將各沙律材料洗淨,用冷開水過水後瀝乾,放上碟一邊。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(2) 意大利麵飽焗至金黃放上碟。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(3) 鵝肝加醃料醃片刻雒雌雿需,滬滎潀漅沾上麵粉,用少許橄<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 欖油將兩面煎至七成熟蒿菄萛蓇,僓僪僤僮放上意大利麵飽<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 上。<br />
