香草檸檬焗雞

<font size="4"><font color="#008000">材料:<br />
冰鮮芝麻雞一隻</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">洋葱一個(切絲)</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">檸檬兩個大</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">蜜糖</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">香草</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">迷迭香</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">黑椒</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">糖</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">鹽</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">老抽</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="green">牛油</font></font><br />
<br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">製法:(焗雞)</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">1.將雞洗淨抹乾水斬開兩邊。</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">2.檸檬榨汁,果皮留起待用。</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">3.逐邊雞醃</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">4.將老抽、迷迭香、香草、黑椒、糖、鹽「卒」全身,將約一半檸檬汁加入蜜糖掃上雞身,醃至待焗(最好醃過夜會入味啲)。</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">5.將洋葱絲鋪在焗盤底,每邊雞平放洋葱絲上,再「攝」上檸檬果皮入雞身(醃雞時留在碗中之雞汁待用)。</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">6.最後溶左d牛油,掃上雞身,用250度火先焗25分鐘。</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">7.25分鐘後再掃多次牛油焗至雞熟。</font></font><br />
<font size="4"><font color="purple">8.起雞後,將洋葱及雞汁一起煮,加入剩餘檸檬汁,並加入蜜糖及糖調味,煮滾即可。食時可淋上雞身。</font></font><br />
