B.B.Q紐西蘭小羊排

<strong>材料:</strong>法式羊排一副、帝戎Dijon芥末醬2匙、糖3匙、鹽與胡椒適量 <br />

<strong>步驟一:</strong>羊排先用紙巾吸乾水分;以鹽與胡椒調味後,刷上芥末醬。再將羊排兩面均勻沾滿糖。 <br />

<strong>步驟二:</strong>用碳烤平底鍋或烤肉架,將羊排烤至上色,出現十字紋。<br />
