Doorway<br />
<br />
A long,long path <br />
Though a small,small room<br />
In my small,weak heart<br />
<br />
You covered my eyes<br />
with your smooth,warm palm<br />
You blind me physically<br />
You blind me emotionally<br />
You darken my boiling faith<br />
turn the love to loneliness<br />
<br />
I won't blaim you<br />
but myself<br />
DAMN the moment we meet<br />
DAMN the lovers on the street<br />
DAMN the spirit that gave me treat<br />
<br />
You left,<br />
eventually<br />
The doorway left open<br />
memories coming in and out <br />
of my drying heart<br />
The doorway left open<br />
A man with dead heart was in the room
