海鮮捲

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;水 ... 2大匙 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;鮮蚵 ... 500公克 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;綠豆芽 ... 300公克 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;豬肉丁 ... 3~5大匙 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;芹菜屑 ... 3~5大匙 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;味精 ... 1/2茶匙 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;鹽 ... 1/2茶匙 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;花椒粉 ... 1/2茶匙 <br />

&nbsp; &nbsp; 作法步驟:<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1豆腐皮一切為二或三;麵粉加水調成麵糊。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 2鮮蚵洗淨瀝乾;綠豆芽洗淨乾水份,和豬肉丁、芹菜屑、鹽、味精、花椒粉一起捲勻,即是餡料。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 3豆腐皮放入 2 大匙餡料,包捲成小長方條,封口處抹以麵糊,立即投入八分熱油炸中至焦黃,撈起去油。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;搭配沾醬即可食用.<br />
