<DIV id=postmessage_5458118 class=t_msgfont><IMG border=0 alt="" src="http://p2.ytower.com.tw/recipe/gy36-024.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')"><BR><BR>【材  料】<BR>板豆腐&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4塊<BR>九層塔&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;20公克<BR>麻油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;30㏄<BR>薑片&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;20公克<BR>蒜頭&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;10個<BR>辣椒片&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;15公克<BR>【調 味 料】<BR>醬油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1大匙<BR>醬油膏&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1大匙<BR>糖&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1/2大匙<BR>米酒&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1大匙<BR><BR>【做  法】<BR>1.板豆腐切塊;九層塔取嫩葉洗淨瀝乾,備用。<BR>2.取鍋燒熱後倒入適量油,將作法1的板豆腐塊放入鍋中炸至上色後撈出瀝油。3.取原鍋倒入麻油,放入薑片、蒜頭爆香至微乾,再放入辣椒片、作法2炸過的板豆腐塊與所有調味料炒香,最後放入作法1的九層塔葉炒至入味即可</DIV>
