酒店的鮮茄肉醬意粉{食譜}

6人份量<BR>材料:洋蔥1.5个(切碎)<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;碎肉(牛肉或者牛肉加豬肉)1.5磅<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;白酒小許<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;半个蒜頭(切碎)<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;半條紅蘿蔔(刨皮,切到細粒)<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2-3條西芹(刨皮,再切成粒)<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;番茄醬5匙<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;茄膏1匙<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;月桂葉2片<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;面粉2匙<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;紫蘇一湯匙(是香葉的一種~可以不加<BR>)煮法:<BR>首先:个鑊要好熱~落油 ,之後少香D肉去,要一路炒一路整散去,途中D肉會出水,炒返佢乾身<BR>之後要落白酒,之後再炒返乾身,之後加熱水直至覆蓋肉的表面,再搞下鑊底,之後可以由佢係到滾,可以不停加水<BR>加下2片月桂葉,一湯匙紫蘇和5匙番茄醬<BR>之後炒洋蔥,西芹和紅蘿蔔,炒到咁上下加一匙茄膏,2匙面粉,炒完加入肉个一度,要佢杰身,所以要不停搞佢,醬汁完成<BR><BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;意粉1包<BR>水滾後加3-4匙鹽,放意粉,放个时要扭一下,7MIN要檢查一下,拎一條出來~咬下意粉中間有有一个好小小的芯~有便可以食<BR>也可以掉在牆上~不會掉下來的,之後把意粉放在盤上加檻欖油拌好,待涼<BR>焗的:加汁加芝士後焗200度12MIN
