紅辣椒&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1支<br>
蒜頭&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;50公克<br>
九層塔&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;適量</font></font><br>

豆瓣醬&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1大匙<br>
蠔油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1大匙<br>
糖&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1又1/2大匙<br>
酒&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1/2大匙</font></font><br>

<strong>【做 法】</strong></font><br>
</font><font size="4"><font color="black">1.將所有調味料混合拌均備用;臭豆腐放入滾水中汆燙後,切成8小塊備用。<br>
2.老薑洗淨切片;蒜頭去皮洗淨備用。<br>
3.蔥切段;紅辣椒去籽切段備用。<br>
4.熱油鍋,將作法2的材料爆香後,再加入作法3的材料略炒。<br>
5.然後加入作法1的臭豆腐拌炒,再放入混合好的調味料,用小火煮至濃稠狀,最後加入九層塔略翻炒即可。</font></font><br>
