拌冬粉

材料:&nbsp;&nbsp;橄欖油2大匙<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;冬粉2捲<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;空心菜5根(切段)<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;紅蘿蔔1/4根(切絲)<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 蔥1根(切段)<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 洋蔥1/4顆(切絲)<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 鹽少許<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 肉片5片(雞、豬均可,也可以不加)<br>

調味料:<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;醬油2大匙、砂糖1大匙、麻油1小匙、黑胡椒粉、白芝麻少許<br>
做法:<br>
1.水煮沸,放入冬粉,直到冬粉呈透明狀後撈出,瀝乾水分。<br>
2.橄欖油2大匙炒肉片和蔬菜。<br>
3.準備一個大碗,先將冬粉和炒好的菜肉混合攪拌均勻,再加入調味料拌勻即可。<br>

料理秘訣:<br>
冬粉容易吸收調味料,因此冬粉與蔬菜拌勻後再加料調味,調味料才可以均勻分布<br>
