&nbsp;&nbsp;做法:[1]雞肉片和調味料{A}拌醃約20分鐘,萵苣洗淨撕塊片狀,蛋打散備用.<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;[2]燒開6碗水,放入材料(2)水滾時將雞肉一片片放入,待水滾肉片浮起時,<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 以太白粉水勾芡,並淋入蛋液且加調味料{B}熄火後灑下材料(3)及{C}料即可.<br />
