材&nbsp; &nbsp; 料&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; g&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 乾雪蓮子&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 80&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 冰糖&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 適量&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 椰漿&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1罐<br>
作&nbsp; &nbsp;法<br>

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br>
雪蓮用80℃熱水泡3小時,滤乾後另煮一鍋糖水,再浸泡1小時。<br>
4杯水煮開後,加入冰糖和椰漿煮開,倒入碗中。<br>
將雪蓮撈乾後,放入甜湯裡即成。<br>
