&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1. 雞腿洗淨,以刀背拍鬆,用 A 料醃 20 分鐘備用。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2. 烤盤以 100﹪ 電力預熱 5 分鐘後,放上鋁箔紙,再放入雞腿 (皮面朝下) ,以 100﹪ 電力烤 4 分鐘,翻面再烤 4 分鐘,取</font><br />
