麻辣蘿蔔糕

材料 :<br>
蘿蔔糕 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 300公克<br>
大白菜 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 300公克<br>
魚丸 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 100公克<br>
甜不辣 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 100公克<br>
小型三絲丸 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 60公克<br>
金針菇 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 60公克<br>
青蒜 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2支<br>
紅辣椒 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1支<br>
高湯 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 800cc<br>
調味料 :<br>
辣豆瓣醬 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1大匙<br>
花椒 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1大匙<br>
辣椒粉 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1大匙<br>
鹽 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1小匙<br>
做法 : <br>
1.將蘿蔔糕切塊;大白菜洗淨、切大片;金針菇洗淨、切段;青蒜與紅辣椒洗淨、切片;丸子與甜不辣洗淨備用。<br>
2.熱鍋倒入2大匙油燒熱,先加入花椒以小火爆香,再加入辣豆瓣醬改中火炒出香味,接著放入大白菜炒軟,再倒入高湯改大火煮滾。<br>
