白醬馬鈴薯

奶油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1大匙<br>
洋蔥末&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1大匙<br><br>
<strong>【調味料】</strong></font><br>
</font><font color="black"><font size="4">鹽&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;少許<br>
鮮奶油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;15cc<br><br>
<strong>【做 法】</strong></font><br>
</font><font size="4"><font color="black">1.培根切碎;馬鈴薯洗淨去皮、切塊;甜豆去粗絲、放入滾水中汆燙,備用。<br>
2.取一炒鍋,燒熱後加入奶油爆香洋蔥末、培根碎,接著放入作法1的馬鈴薯塊煎至金黃色,加水(略蓋住材料的1/2高)煮糊,起鍋前加入鮮奶油、鹽及甜豆拌勻即可。</font></font>
