胡蘿蔔炒腐竹

<strong><font face="仿宋_GB2312 "><font size="4"><font color="blue">主料:</font></font></font></strong><br>

<strong><font face="仿宋_GB2312 "><font size="4"><font color="blue">胡蘿蔔100克,腐竹50克,瘦肉50克;<br>

<strong><font face="仿宋_GB2312 "><font size="4"><font color="blue">剁辣椒、生薑、蔥、生抽、生粉各適量;<br>

<strong><font face="仿宋_GB2312 "><font size="4"><font color="blue">做法:<br>
<br>
1.腐竹提前兩小時左右用溫水泡發,泡發後撈出瀝乾先切成約5厘米長的段,再切成絲待用;</font></font></font></strong><br>
<strong><font face="仿宋_GB2312 "><font size="4"><font color="blue"></font></font></font></strong><br>
<strong><font face="仿宋_GB2312 "><font size="4"><font color="blue">&nbsp; &nbsp;瘦肉切成絲,加入少許生粉抓勻;胡蘿蔔切成絲;生薑切成絲;蔥切花;<br>
<br>
2.起油鍋燒熱,下入瘦肉絲滑炒至變色後舀出待用;<br>
<br>
3.鍋內再加入一些油,下入胡蘿蔔絲與姜絲,翻炒兩分鐘左右;<br>
<br>
4.放入腐竹與先前炒好的瘦肉絲,將其炒勻;<br>
<br>
5.加入適量的鹽與剁辣椒,翻炒一分鐘左右使其入味;<br>
<br>
6.放入蔥花與生抽炒勻即可出鍋。<br>
