腐乳雞

材料: <br>
雞肉&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 300公克<br>
豆腐乳&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2塊<br>
沙拉油&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1大匙<br>
蒜末&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1大匙<br>
蔥花&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1/2根<br>
太白粉水&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 適量<br>
調味料:<br>
鹽&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1/2小匙<br>
糖&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1小匙<br>
米酒&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1大匙<br>
高湯&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 150㏄<br>

作法:<br>
1.將雞肉洗淨後切成大丁狀,與豆腐乳一起醃漬30分鐘備用。<br>
2.取一鍋,加入沙拉油以小火爆香蒜末、蔥花後,加入雞肉以中火炒1分鐘,再加入所有的調味料一起煮到湯汁快收乾時,用太白粉水芶芡即可。<br>
