苦瓜牛肉煎

[size=4][color=#0000ff]牛肉(250克)、苦瓜(2個)、雞蛋(2只)、胡蘿蔔(2根)、蔥
調料:鹽(少許)、生抽(1湯匙)、白糖(1/2湯匙)、生粉(1湯匙)、料酒(1/2湯匙)
1 將牛肉切末,加入雞蛋清,料酒、鹽、雞精、醬油、生粉、蔥白末攪拌均 [/color][/size]

2 將苦瓜切小圈,放入開水中焯一會兒,撈起。將拌好的牛肉餡填入苦瓜[/color][/size]
