三絲拌菠菜

<font face="SimHei "><font size="4"><font color="#0000ff">菠菜50克,胡蘿蔔半個,雞蛋1個,粉絲1小把<br>

做法:<br>
<br>
1:雞蛋磕進碗裏,加一點點鹽、一點點水攪拌均勻後煎成蛋皮,切成蛋絲;<br>
<br>
2:胡蘿蔔去皮後切絲,放進油鹽水裏煮2分鐘至變軟,撈起過一次涼開水後瀝乾水分;<br>
<br>
3:粉絲用清水泡軟後,放進煮過胡蘿蔔的油鹽水裏煮開,撈起過一次涼開水後瀝乾水分;<br>
<br>
4:菠菜洗乾淨後,放進油鹽水裏煮至變色,撈起過一次涼開水後瀝乾水分.<br>
<br>
5:把所有材料混在一起,攪拌均勻,撒上炒熟的白芝麻就是三絲拌菠菜啦:(胡蘿蔔絲、蛋絲、粉絲)</font></font></font><br>
