美味腐乳肉

自從上次在上海買過一次後<br />
一直念念不忘它的美味<br />
所以我就自己動手做了<br />
在網上搜了一下做法<br />
呵呵<br />
不難<br />
于是就去菜場買了肉<br />
還去超市買了瓶腐乳<br />

腐乳要是玫瑰腐乳<br />

我們要用的是腐乳裏面的水<br />

蒜及生薑<br />

先把肉洗淨<br />

鍋中燒開水後把肉放入焯一下<br />
並加入料酒和生薑<br />

鍋熱後入油,油熱後放入薑,蒜,花椒炒香<br />

放入焯好的肉,加入料酒,醬油,茴香<br />

翻炒再加入糖<br />

倒入腐乳汁<br />

再加入足量的開水<br />
用小火煮<br />

等肉酥爛時改用大火收汁,再加入雞精調味<br />

好了<br />
<br />
燒腐乳肉時不用放鹽,因爲腐乳的汁已經很鹹了<br />
如果腐乳汁不夠,可以用開水調一下,隻要感覺比較黏稠就可以了<br />
<br />
