苦瓜鑲肉

材料:<br>
<br>
綠苦瓜1條、豬絞肉150公克、生鮮菇1朵、紅蘿蔔2片<br>
薑片2小片、米酒1匙、太白粉1小匙、鹽少許<br>
<br>
作法: <br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1.苦瓜洗淨後切成1公分寬之片狀,以湯匙挖去籽後備用。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2.紅蘿蔔、生鮮姑、薑片切成碎末狀備用。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;3.將絞肉倒入容器,加入作法2的材料。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4.加入米酒、鹽巴少許調味拌均勻。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;5.加入太白粉,以手混合並略為摔打讓盆中材料緊實。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;6.將容器中的絞肉以手抓成圓求狀後放於作法1的苦瓜空心內。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;7.將作法6的食材以手指略為壓實。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;8.準備一鍋並加水煮開後放入作法7的材料,蓋上鍋蓋蒸約7~10分鐘即可。<br>
