材料:<br>
豬絞肉400g<br>
魚露 2湯匙<br>
蠔油 1湯匙<br>
醬油 2湯匙<br>
黑醬油 1湯匙<br>
糖 3湯匙<br>

做法:<br>
-把全部材料混合, 在同個方向攪拌至起膠質<br>
-烤盤鋪上烤盤紙,放上鐵網,在鐵網上再放上烤鐵片,烤鐵片也鋪上烤盤紙。<br>
-放一團肉在烤鐵片上面,用保鮮紙蓋在肉團上然後杆平,把保鮮紙拿掉。<br>
-烤箱預熱130C,烤15分鐘,之後180C烤20分鐘即可。<br>
<br>
*烤時會有很多糖油流出,所以烤時,我放上一層鐵網,讓糖油都流進底下的烤盤內。
