材料;<br />
酥皮 5片<br />
沙丁魚 1小罐<br />
洋蔥 半粒<br />
小辣椒 2條<br />
面粉少許<br />
雞蛋 1粒<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
- 酥皮從冰箱拿出解凍,備用。<br />
- 沙丁魚壓碎,加入切塊了的洋蔥和剁碎了的小辣椒。拌均備用。<br />
- 在桌面上灑上少許的面粉,放上酥皮,上下左右稍微杆平。<br />
- 放上適量的沙丁魚,對折蓋上,三邊稍微壓緊,再用叉子壓上花紋。<br />
- 在包了料的酥皮上割上3刀,再放入預熱了的烤箱以180℃烤10分鐘後,<br />
取出刷上一層蛋液,再放入烤箱烤10分鐘或至熟即可。
