抹茶巧克力
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Arial,'LiHei Pro',新細明體,sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal;">材料:<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">白巧克力400g、動物性鮮奶油60ml、抹茶粉10g、牛奶60ml、奶油30g、白蘭地酒20 ml。<br><br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">做法:<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">1.白巧克力切碎,取300g放入鍋中。<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">2.鮮奶油加牛奶煮沸,加入過篩的抹茶粉拌勻,倒入鍋中攪拌至巧克力融化 。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">3.以平口花嘴擠在投影膠片上成半圓狀,放入冰箱。 <br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">4.冰硬後取出搓圓,如太軟則再冰一下。<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">5.剩餘的100g白巧克力隔熱水加熱至融化,以牙籤叉著抹茶巧克力,先沾裹半邊白巧克力。<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">6.放在投影膠片上,凝固後篩上抹茶粉即成。</span>
