鯪魚黃豆粥

鯪魚黃豆粥<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;"><br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">材料:大米1杯、黃豆50克、清水12杯、鯪魚(罐裝)100克、豌豆粒適量、蔥姜末適量&nbsp;<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">調味料:精鹽味精各1/3小勺、胡椒粉少許&nbsp;<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;"><br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">做法&nbsp;<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">1.大米洗淨泡30分鐘,黃豆浸泡12小時撈出用沸水焯燙除去豆腥味,豌豆焯水燙透即可。&nbsp;<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">2.鍋駝機中放入大米、黃豆、清水,上旺火煮沸,轉小火慢煮1小時,待粥粘稠時下入鯪魚豌 &nbsp;&nbsp;<div>&nbsp;&nbsp; 豆粒及調味料攪拌均勻,撒上蔥花姜即可。</div>
