黑糯米糕

【黑糯米糕】&nbsp; &nbsp; <br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 材料:黑糯米---3杯,圓白糯米---3杯,水---4杯,(量米杯)<br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 砂糖---1杯,酒---1/4杯,(西點量杯)<br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 作法:<br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(1)黑糯米泡水8小時,圓白糯米泡水約3-4小時<br>
<br>
 &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(2)將(1)黑白糯米混合,加4杯水,混合均勻,電子鍋煮好<br>
<br>
   &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; ,再悶10分,加1杯砂糖和1/4杯酒,攪拌均均,再煮<br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 一次<br>
<br>
  &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; (3)煮好之後,混合翻拌,做圓球(手沾油),上放櫻桃或干<br>
<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 納豆<br>
<br>
 &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; ●若不加砂糖和酒再煮一次,則可拿來包碎蘿蔔乾,油條<br>
