2 金鳕魚扒用淡鹽水解凍,洗淨拭乾水分。<br />

4 燒開鍋内的水,放入金鳕魚扒,加蓋開大火清蒸5分鐘,熄火續燜3分鐘。 <br />

5 取出蒸熟的金鳕魚扒,倒掉碟中的湯汁,去掉薑片。 <br />
