2:將粉條鋪在帶子殼内,上面蓋一層瘦肉末,再將帶子肉<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;置於頂上,撒上枸杞,蒸魚豉油,鹽,糖,澆一點點的沙拉油,最後將蒜泥鋪在上面,入鍋蒸16分鐘即可<br>
