簡便版水煮牛肉

<font size="4"><font color="blue">(備注:由於牛肉不多,所以這次的調料分别每包都隻用了一半,已經很夠味了)</font></font><br />

<font size="4"><font color="blue">2、醃牛肉的時候,把萵筍去皮洗淨切成片,熱鍋放少許油,將萵筍炒至斷生(愛吃生的就不用炒了),然後將炒好的萵筍鏟起裝進大盆裏待用(這裏少了一幅裝入碗的圖片)</font></font><br />

<font size="4"><font color="blue">3、重新熱鍋放油,倒入B.鍋底料,加少許水(以淹沒肉片爲宜),用鏟把調料弄化並等水煮開後,放入牛肉,煮兩三分鐘即可,牛肉太熟口感會顯老。</font></font><br />

<font size="4"><font color="blue">4、煮好的牛肉連湯汁一起裝進剛才放莴筍的大盆裏,表面均勻地撒上C.乾料,然後用鍋或勺子煮熱一點油,澆到乾料和肉片上面,這時會聽到“zizizi~~”的聲音,要注意安全,不要燙到手。香氣四溢,大功告成了!</font></font><br />
